By accessing or utilizing our web-based calculators, unit converters, format utilities, and image conversion scripts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

2. Permitted Use & Sandboxed Security
ConverterGuru provides free utility tools running on a 100% Client-Side Processing architecture. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our tools under the following conditions:
- Permitted Sectors: Use for personal, professional, academic, commercial, and engineering calculations is fully authorized.
- Offline Sovereignty: Since all operations occur entirely in your local browser sandbox, you are permitted to run the page offline or via private networking structures.
- No Malicious Exploits: You may not attempt to disrupt the performance of the client-side scripts, inject malicious HTML inside the visual cards, or deploy automated DDoS crawlers aiming to exhaust our server hosting bandwith.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties (Accuracy of Math)
We pride ourselves on engineering premium, high-fidelity utilities utilizing robust standard multipliers and high-precision JavaScript mathematical engines. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- "As Is" Clause: The Site and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- Precision Responsibility: While we strive for extreme decimal precision, we do not warrant that calculations, astronomical indices, or conversion values are completely free of microscopic floating-point rounding errors.
- Critical Systems Warning: ConverterGuru is a web-based general utility. It should not be used as the sole data benchmark for life-safety systems, critical aerospace engineering, aerospace navigation, or high-risk medical dosage conversions.
4. Intellectual Property & Branding
All customized code blocks, HTML styling elements, custom Web Components (`global-header`, `global-footer`), UI card layouts, glassmorphic stylesheets (`style.css`), logos, and the trademark "ConverterGuru" are the exclusive intellectual property of the founder Rakesh.
You are not authorized to duplicate, repackage, or distribute our design styles and brand images under your own commercial trademarks without explicit written consent. However, you are welcome to inspect and learn from our client-side JavaScript calculation math files!
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Rakesh, ConverterGuru, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your access to or use of the Site's calculators.
- Any math anomalies, data conversions, or image files converted using the platform.
- The default email `mailto:` trigger on the contact form or any communication discrepancies.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws applicable to Rakesh's operating region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal actions or disputes relating to the Site must be filed under local governing courts.
